An entrepreneur, spiritual coach, business mentor, poet, & divine mystic. Nature's wisdom has been one of my greatest teachers, guiding my personal healing process by tapping into the universe's rhythm. From age 9, my fascination with personal growth & insatiable thirst for knowledge fueled my soul mission.

As an empath, I keenly sensed the depths beneath the surface, experiencing others' emotions as if they were my own. This seeded my deep calling to support others on their paths. Together, we are here to elevate the energy of our planet & uplift all its incredible beings.

Drawing from diverse healing modalities, I have become a Reiki Level 2 Master, delved into emotional release techniques, obtained an Oracle Reading Certification, explored Internal Family Systems, communication workshops, mindfulness practices, embodied movement, & soul-centered coaching. I continue expanding my toolbox through therapeutic practices such as meditation, journaling, nature connection, sacred ritual, plant medicine & etc. I believe that in order to heal, we must first allow ourselves to courageously face we feel, but you don't have to face it alone. I am here to provide unwavering support every step of the way.

With a background in entrepreneurship & marketing from Drexel University, specializing in branding, I am passionate about empowering individuals to pursue their dreams both in life & business. How it all began…

Prior to coaching, I had the pleasure of building a vibrant career as an entrepreneur. My journey began with Snackadabra, a unique dessert & event company that was known for the cookie cup. Collaborating with incredible humans & renowned brands, I had the privilege of sharing this delectable treat nationwide. That experience has been one of my most profound teachers.

However, as I entered my late twenties, I felt an inner calling to delve deeper into my spiritual studies, to explore the profound realms of the soul. It was a turning point that led me to dedicate myself to this inner journey.

After residing in Philadelphia & New York City for over a decade, I began to heed the whispers of my soul, urging me to pack my bags & travel to discover the enchanting corners of our world, to reconnect with the essence of nature. These experiences continue to expand my horizons, infusing my practice with new perspectives. Throughout my travels, I embrace collaboration with local communities, incorporating rituals from diverse cultures, drawing upon the sacred wisdom passed down through generations.

Now, I am here to share the profound insights & experiences I have collected along the way. Earth Warrior:

The call from Mother Earth…

In early summer of 2020 as the pandemic was ablaze, I found myself in a healing ceremony near home in the Northeast, yet suddenly transported to the depths of the Amazonian Jungle. Mother nature slithered from the dirt, formed by the roots of a tree. She sat there & comforted me with her message. "Don't be afraid, my dear child. I merely need rest, so I took it. Humanity is my cancer. I need a moment to heal & so do you. Don't fear the outdoors, come spend time with me. I want you to swim in my oceans & climb my mountains." I followed the whisper of her instruction all the way to Costa Rica later that year. Pachamama is the goddess of earth, honored by the indigenous people of the Andes in South America. She became a constant visitor of my meditation practice. Showing herself boldly, casting me as a warrior for her energizing soul team here on earth. This calling is so much larger than just me, which is why it has become the main guiding force of my life over the past couple of years.

It seems that she is part of my spirit team. The guide holding my hand lovingly, as I travel the corners of the globe to explore more of her. Mother earth is astonishing, she needs healing now more than ever before. As we expand, channeling more light & helping others to heal; raising the vibration of this planet is the overarching mission. That is the mother of my calling. She shares her message through the perspective of my human gaze. Her inspiration urged me to explore the world, each place had a special way of unlocking memories & healing. She sent me on this expedition, & in serving her, it is time to share all of these sacred gifts with you.
